李建升，教授，博士研究生导师。博士毕业于浙江大学心理与行为科学系，主要从事无意识心理加工过程、跨文化心理学和犯罪心理测试技术方面的研究。研究成果获甘肃省哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖，先后两次入选西北师范大学教学科研“双星”计划。现兼任中国心理学会法律心理学专业委员会委员，甘肃政法大学犯罪心理测试中心特聘研究员。
